Premier House Cleaning Services Katy charges a flat price for each clean, based on your bedrooms and bathrooms instead of the hours on the clock. Deep and move-out cleans are flat too, adjusted for the home's condition. Weekly, every-two-week and monthly visits cost less per visit than a one-time clean. Call or text for your free quote.

What if my home is larger or needs extra work?
Homes with more than 5 bedrooms are priced by hand after a few questions. If a home needs far more than a normal deep clean, like heavy buildup or post-renovation debris, we will tell you before starting and agree on the price with you first.
When does recurring pricing begin?
After the first visit. Your first clean is a standard or deep clean depending on the home, and then your weekly, every-two-week or monthly rate applies.
